It was soooo easy and fast. My 5 year old had a great time mashing the bananas and helping to mix everything together. We added pecans and chocolate chips. She couldn't wait to try them (and she doesn't try anything!!!!) I couldn't believe when she polished off a muffin in no time. Thanks. I'll be using this recipe over and over. I love this recipe.
