I definitely plan on doing so. I went to a baby shower about 6 months ago. Each guest was given a letter of the alphabet and asked to buy a gift that began with that letter. But also we were asked to buy a book whose title began with the letter. I thought that was the most wonderful idea there was! That child was born with a bookshelf full of stories to enjoy growing up. I believe that introducing books into a child’s life is the most wonderful thing a parent can do! I definitely plan on doing so.
