		<description>"Classic, elegant and beautiful", as your mom said, is definately something to keep in mind. I think you should also go for orginality. I can't count the number of Jen's (or Jenny's) I went to school with.

Also, don't pick something where the gender is even remotely questionable. You would think Dawn is pretty clearly a female name, but its constantly misspelled "Don", and then people think I'm a guy :P</description>

		<description>I agree with your mom, there are enough problems in life without having to face a dodgy name and having to explain it! My sister in law named her daughter Naveah.....she always says " it's heaven spelt backwards" well it's obviously not!!! 

I like Sarah, Samantha, Sally, Erin, Caroline, Hayley or Haley, Imogen is different, Jill, Lauren, Lucy, Stephanie, Tori, I guess I like quite a lot! Very daunting.

Upon Reading Chapman's Homer

Much have I travell'd in the realms of gold,
         And many goodly states and kingdoms seen;
         Round many western islands have I been
     Which bards in fealty to Apollo hold.
     Oft of one wide expanse had I been told
         That deep-brow'd Homer ruled as his demesne;
         Yet did I never breathe its pure serene
     Till I heard Chapman speak out loud and bold:
     Then felt I like some watcher of the skies
        When a new planet swims into his ken;
     Or like stout Cortez when with eagle eyes
         He star'd at the Pacific--and all his men
     Look'd at each other with a wild surmise--
         Silent, upon a peak in Darien.
