I recently read about the threats to Kathy Sierra as well and was thinking about the same issues. Its a shame that people think that threatening another person in any way is acceptable. While I have never been the victim of such threats in the past, I have known there is always that possibility out there, and have in a way censored anything I write online to keep my own identity as safe as possible.
