Mandarine Orange Cake Recipe

Yet another *simple* and *yummy* recipe!  This cake literally takes minutes to make, is light, sweet and delicious! Perfect in a nick of time for unexpected company!

Mandarine Orange Cake

1 Cup White Sugar

1 Cup White Flour

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Salt

1 Egg

1 Can Mandarine Oranges with liquid

2 TBSP Butter or Margarine

2 TBSP Milk

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 9X9 pan for 40 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Remove cake from oven, and top with mixture of 2 TBSP Butter, 2 TBSP MIlk and 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar.  Pour mixture on top of cake, and return to oven for another 7-10 minutes until bubbly.

    Does the mandarin orange cake batter include 2tbsp of butter/margerine, 2tbsp of milk and 3/4 cup of brown sugar? The topping is another new portion of the same 3 ingredients? Appreciate a prompt advice on this.

    Is their another for mandarine orange cans….i’ve not seen it here in holland!! Can i use fresh mandarines with juice?!
