I love making these wraps in the summer especially. I make my own peanut satay sauce and as we know the wraps fall apart easily when you dip them into sauce – my solution is that I actually put a few tablespoons of sauce inside the middle of the roll. (and of course still try to dip too) It makes them even better!

Oooh! Now that sounds great – so fresh and summery! next time I make them, I’m adding in fresh herbs for sure…c’mon summer!

We love making spring rolls. We found that the 2 key ingredients, beside the rice paper and vermicelli, to make them taste authentic were mint and basil. Worth a try, if you haven’t had a roll with these 2 additions!

I have bought rice paper wraps and tried them a year ago…they were pretty tasteless but now I realize I needed some sauce in them…Im going to try them again. Thanks Cat!
