These stuffed mushrooms sounds wonderful!!
now I have to run out and get crab meat, Thank goodness my husband likes mushrooms or other wise I would be eating them all as well...lol

I also try different inventions in the kitchen as I love to cook.

This one is one of my favorites and it is really simple, mushrooms, add some butter inside the cap (1/4 teaspoon) then add feta cheese, and add something green to it like parshley, basil, cilentro...or something green that you have on hand, more or less for the presentation.
I cook it uncovered at 350-375 for about 15-20 minutes.
