Tzatziki Dip

Since trying the New PC greek Yogurt, I’ve been very impressed with its versatility. It’s super high in protein and calcium, it makes a great snack with fruit and granola, and even completely on it’s own, it’s delicious. I even sneak it into smoothies for my kids!

Tonight, I wanted to make delicious burgers with a Greek twist, so I decided to come up with a sauce using the PC yougut as the base. Of course, tzatziki is the staple Greek dip and so it seemed that this yogurt would make the perfcet base…and I was so right!

Tzatziki Dip

4 TBSP PC Greek Yogurt

1 TBSP Mayonnaise

1/4 cup parsley, chopped fine

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup cucumber, shredded fine

squeeze of lemon

dash of salt & pepper

Comibine all ingredients, and mix well. Serve as a dip for veggies, as s burger topping – or eat by the spoonful! 😉
