But a good-weird. I love using vanilla extract and sometimes it's tempting to go ahead and buy the cheap one, but I'm always hesitant when I read the ingredients and find some sort of alcohol on the label. I know it will bake/cook out, but what about when I'm making frosting? I wish there was a good quality vanilla out there that doesn't need alcohol. Also, I love your site, Cat.
