I love chicken salad, but this is so flavorful, nothing else compares! I will admit, I'm new to the whole cooking thing, and didn't trust myself with the chicken breasts, so I cheated and used canned shredded white chicken (in water, then drained) I served it on whole wheat pitas, DELICIOUS! This Chicken Salad is PHENOMENAL!!! I love chicken salad, but this is so flavorful, nothing else compares!
