I always like to remember the animals at Christmas. Santa always brings presents for our multitude of pets here at home, and we always give a donation of food or money to the shelter as well.
This year, I wanted to do something a bit different, so I decided to donate a bunch of earrings to the Guelph Humane Society to sell at their front desk! 100% of the sales goes directly to the shelter.
If you are in the Guelph area, please try to support the shelter. There are so many ways to help out. They always have items that the animals need donated. If you like, you can give a cash donation to the shelter, or give a donation in someone’s name as a gift!
Here is a list of the most needed items for the shelter in Guelph:

You can also donate old magazines & newspapers – they sell the paper to the recyclers. Since my budget doesn’t allow for much donating, I take all my magazines there.
