One year ago tonight, I launched “The Cat Can Cook Book!” This collection of favorite easy recipes is on it’s way to Best-Seller’s List status! It has also been made available for Kindle and other e-readers, and traveled the world, from North America to Asia, Europe, Australia and many other stops in between!
To celebrate this accomplishment, I’d like to give away a copy of my book – but there is a catch. You must already OWN one, and tell us your favorite recipe from my book and who you would like to give it to if you were to win one!

I won mine from a contest a few weeks ago. I have tried many of the recipes, but my favorite is still the banana muffins! They are delicious. If I win, I would give it to a close friend of mine who discovered a few weeks ago that her toddler has cancer. Thankfully it is a curable form. She loves new recipes even more than me so I am sure she would love it. Did I mention she is soon to have 4 kids under the age of six! This includes a set of twins and a new bundle in less than 12 weeks! She will be even busier than she already is 🙂
