Beef Stroganoff

1 ½ pounds round steak, cut in ¼ inch strips
2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 cup sour cream

Brown steak strips in skillet.  Add soup mix and mushrooms with liquid.  Heat until boiling.  Slowly add sour cream and cook until thoroughly heated, about 2 minutes.  Serve on top of egg noodles.
