Well, the books are ordered, there’s no turning back, and with any luck, in just a few weeks, I will be greeted at my front door by the courier with a huge and heavy box of nearly 300 books! Scary and exciting all rolled into one! I hope I’ve ordered enough.
I am preparing for my launch party which has been great fun. As a former events co-ordinator, I live for this stuff! The venue is booked, the decorations bought, the food planned and some of the baking already done and waiting in my freezer – now all I need are those books. I’ve been looking for a good excuse to host a Christmas party for a while now, and this accomplishment seems a worthy occasion.
I can’t wait for you to see the book. It really is a great little guide to some yummy and easy recipes. I am just so happy to have them all compiled into one book – I’ve already been using the proof to bake with!

I am glad i found your recipe for banana muffin and tried it last night and my kids love it oh my, they were asking for some, i thought that’s enough for them as i baked banana muffin before and they couldn’t finish eating it but last night i was amazed because nothing was left for me. This time i will try the carrot cake muffin and now that i have read you have a book can i get one because this is the very first time that my children appreciated what i baked for them and this gives me an encouragement to bake and cook again.
