taste-testing grape seed oils
We took a trip up to St. Jacob’s this morning to get a good dose of the market – I had forgotten how much I love that place, as it had been several months since we last went. There are friendly people, who if asked, will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about what they are selling. The food selection is fresh and extensive and though it’s busy, it’s the type of place you don’t mind lining up in to get the wonderful meats, cheeses, breads, fish and everything else they have.

I have resolved to visit again soon! If you’re in the area, it really is a great place to go on a Saturday morning. Our freezer is well stocked and our stomachs well fed from this morning’s visit, but I’m thinking it won’t be long before we go again!
What a grand thing to do to beat the February Blahs! Thanks for sharing the photos. Brought back memories for me.
Hi Cat, Thanks for sharing. We used to live in Guelph (11 1/2 years ago – I still miss the place and people). I made regular trips to St. Jabobs and Elmira. I also loved to go on Thursday when I could to watch the animal auctions. Thanks again for posting.
