I cannot think of an easier and yummier dish than this! It takes all of about 20 minutes from start to finish, and it is so good your family will LOVE it!
If you don’t like ham, leave it out and sub in grilled chicken, or omit the meat completely for a veggie version. Play around with fresh seasonings as well. Parsley and garlic would be great for starters. You really cannot go wrong with this delicious meal.
Super Easy Pasta Prima Vera

1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan
1 cup mixed frozen veggies
1 cup cooked ham, diced
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
fettuccini noodles, cooked (enough to serve 4)
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine cream and parmesan and stir to melt the cheese. Add in frozen veggies, ham, and mushroom soup, and whisk until smooth and heated through. Toss to noodles in with the sauce, coat and serve at once.
Made this dish last evening for dinner for my family. It was so easy to make and in no time at all. It was a hit with them! Enjoyed it immensely. I doubled the batch knowing that they would want seconds and I was right. Gave the remainder of the batch for my husband’s lunch. Love to try new recipes for my family. They seem to love it too! Thanks.
Hi Cat,
I am so excited by your banana cake/ muffin. It is simple to made but the taste last forever. I have a question about the recipe above. What do you actually mean by CREAM? I live in Holland and don’t exactly know what you mean? Do you have another name for it? Thanks a lot and happy cooking!
