Book #2 will be out THIS OCTOBER you guys! I cannot believe what a strict deadline I’ve given myself, but it’s finally happening after years of procrastinating. This book will be a fusion of Book #1, and the meatless recipes in that book PLUS about 80 more recipes – some from my site, and some brand new. Talk about exciting!
I’ve been working hard on the book all week, and I’m pleased to report that things are moving along well and we are on track.
This evening, my husband is working on the cover art! 😀
