4 boneless chicken breasts pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese mixed together (half and half)

3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup orange juice
