Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Ever!

KRAFT saves the day! I found this recipe on the back of the Kraft Peanut Butter jar, tried it yesterday and now I’m hooked. It has only 3 ingredients, and WOW, are these ever good and oh so EASY!!! Honest, you have got to try this!

Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 325. Then mix:

1 Cup Smooth (Light) Peanut Butter – I have since made a batch with regular Smooth P.B. in place of Light, and it worked equally as well

1/2 Cup Sugar

and 1 Egg

Mix until well blended. Roll into about 24 balls, and flatten onto ungreased cookie sheets (I like to use the silicone lined ones for baking) and then flatten cookies with a fork.

Bake at 325 for about 10 minutes, being careful not to overbake!

Mmm!!!

Hi there! I make these all the time, however I usually only use 1/3 cup sugar (still taste just as great) and I throw in chocolate chips. Sometimes I also throw in a bit of oatmeal to make them a bit heartier. :)

I have had this recipe for years although mine called for 1 cup of sugar and 1 tsp. of vanilla extract. I love to make these and when they come out of the oven put a Hershey’s Kiss in the middle (wrapper removed of course).

These are my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. They are soft and crunchy at the same time. YUMMY!!!!

acyually i like the crunch ones better!
but you have to eat them freshly baked for the best taste!!!!!

Delicious! They didn’t last more than 12 hours! I put a dollop of raspberry jam (jelly) in a hole in the top for some yummy PB&J. For my next batch I’m going to make Nutella sandwiches. Thanks for the recipe!!!

    Hi Cat,
I was hoping you would have a recipe for almond butter cookies, sadly you don’t. Now there’s an idea for a new cookie recipe for you,LOL.Hope to see one from you soon, because I have 1/2 a jar of almond butter to use up (large jar that I buy at Costco)and I don’t know how else to use it, other than in a sandwich or as a spread. Please help!
