Fancy Eggnog
I was contacted by a reader today who asked if I have a tried and true eggnog recipe. Well, turns out I don’t…the reason? Yup, you guessed it – President’s Choice Eggnog is the best, so I can’t be bothered making my own. However, I do like to add things to it to make it extra yummy. Here are a few ideas for you to try too:
* crushed candy cane
* 1 TBSP chocolate syrup and a big dollop of whipped cream
* ice, eggnog, 1/2 candy cane (into blender) Voila! Eggnog Smoothie!
* grate fresh nutmeg on top
* add a shot of coconut rum
