This is hands down the *easiest* recipe I have ever heard of! It also totally blows my mind that it works! I learned of the recipe from a lady who makes beautiful cakes, and wanted to share it here. For anyone who has egg allergies, this is the ideal way to “have your cake and eat it too” 😀 I tried a slice of her cake the other day, and it was wonderful!
Diet Pop Cake
1 Package Cake Mix
1 Can *Diet* Soda Pop (must be diet) for a chocolate cake mix, use a cola, and for a white cake mix, use a white pop. You may also use red, orange, purple and so on for colourful kids’ cakes!
Follow package directions for the cake mix, but *only* add the pop, omitting eggs, oil, water…etc.
Bake as directed.

This is the very first time I’ve ever been compelled to write a response but here goes—this cake was freakin fabulous and OMG sooooooo easy..I had to adjust my oven temp so it did not fall in the middle and after that it was a breeze to do and yes everyone LOVED-loved-loooooooved it and if I did not tell them how I made it they assumed I slaved away doing it from scratch–lol..
