Whew! What a week – seriously, I’ve barely had time to eat, let alone cook – even though I had the best of intentions of making lots of egg dishes in celebration of World Egg Month, I just didn’t get that far! I will try to get cracking on the weekend and whip up a delicious cheesy french toast I’ve been dreaming about, but until then, I just wanted to write up a quick reminder that if you want to enter to win the $50 Chez Cora Gift Card, you have until tomorrow evening to do so!
