Two words for you: Two Ingredients!

Two more words for you: Yum-Yum!

I seem to be on a real veggie kick this week, so why not run with it? Here is a simple recipe for tofu, that can be a meat substitute, served on a salad, or eaten with rice or noodles.

Tofu in Asian Sesame Dressing

1 block extra firm tofu, sliced

1/2 bottle Renee’s Asian Sesame Salad Dressing

Pat the tofu between paper towels to absorb the moisture. Once excess moisture is removed, transfer tofu into a heated skillet with about 1 TBSP oil, and fry until golden on each side (5 minutes or so per side) Once golden brown, pour sauce over tofu, and allow it to continue to cook for about 5 more minutes. Serve either hot or cold.
